Sublimation is a great way to create custom t-shirts and other garments and has many advantages over screen printing and heat transfers.  By heating the sublimation ink to a gaseous form with a heat press the ink is trapped in the fibers of the garment as it cools when removed from the heat press thus locking the colors in the fabric.  This means that sublimated apparel breathes and the ink can't be worn or washed off.  Large format sublimation printers are also great at creating large soft-signage such as indoor banners, flags and trade-show displays.  To learn more about each product click the product below. Create Heat Transfer Apparel

Custom apparel including custom t-shirts, sweatshirts, jackets and other garments is easy to create using heat transfer vinyl.  With a Roland GX-24 Desktop Vinyl Cutter and the included software you can design solid color, cut-only graphics that can be heat applied to virtually any garment.  Load the ThermoFlex Plus heat transfer material in the cutter and once it's cut place the vinyl on your garment and load the garment and transfer on the heat press.  Simply close the heat press for the prescribed time and you're done.  You can even overlap colors to create shadows and other cool effects.  With so many different choices of heat transfer material the creative possibilities are endless.  To learn more about each product click the product below. 

Create Rhinestone Templates

Creating custom rhinestone templates for t-shirts, apparel and accessories has never been easier or cost effective.  Using the Graphtec Craft Robo Pro 15" Vinyl Cutter, Graphtec iDesignR CE software and the Graphtec Rhinestone Stencil Material you can now design your own rhinestone templates.  Once your design is created in iDesignR CE, load the rhinestone stencil material in the Craft Robo Pro and watch as the Graphtec vinyl cutter cuts out the holes in the stencil material for the appropriate size rhinestones.  After your rhinestone template is created, brush in your rhinestones and cover with transfer tape to lift the rhinestone out of the template and heat transfer the design to your garment.  To learn more about each product click the product below.
