High Speed Printing
The Roland FP-740 was built for high-speed, high-volume production. Featuring eight piezo inkjet print heads, the Roland FP-740 prints at a maximum speed of 548 sqft./hr. at 270x360 dpi resolution. This high-speed mode is perfect for professional quality T-shirts, textiles, and much more. In addition, the Roland FP-740 offers a range of print speeds and image resolutions including high-quality 720x720 dpi mode.
Advanced Maintenance System
Many high-volume sublimation printers require daily maintenance in order to correctly perform. The Roland FP-740 takes virtually no time. Its automated maintenance system performs routine maintenance, eliminating many time-consuming manual maintenance tasks. As a result, manual cleaning is only recommended every two weeks.
Automated Media Take-up System
The Roland FP-740 includes an automated front-mounted media take-up system to facilitate precision printing even when unattended. This sensor-guided take-up system adjusts automatically to eliminate excess slack in the media.
Optional Bulk Ink System
The optional BU-1 high-capacity ink system supports long, unattended production runs and deliver outstanding colorfastness to Roland FP-740 sublimated graphics. Roland FP-740 images perform exceptionally well on lightweight, flexible fabrics for vivid color flags, banners and textiles that are easy to handle, inexpensive to ship, and safe to install.
The Roland FP-740 produces rich, high-density colors and dries quickly. As a result, graphics sublimated reflect flawless, even ink coverage and deep, vivid colors with absolutely no banding.
