Roland Products Receive GREENGUARD Gold Certification.
Environmental awareness and continuous improvement in this area is a core part of Roland’s operating philosophy, so we’re thrilled to announce that Eco-Sol MAX, Eco-Sol MAX 2 and WallFlair™ Removable Fabric meet rigorous UL standards for low VOC emissions. GREENGUARD Gold Certification means these products are safe to use in places like schools and hospitals where children and the elderly can be easily affected by VOCs. This type of certifications is becoming increasingly important to a growing number of architects, designers, and facility managers seeking to incorporate third-party certified, healthier, more sustainable products into their buildings. Here’s a quick update on our new media.
WallFlair Removable Vinyl (WFRV) sales have taken off! This 6-mil matte vinyl is great for interior décor applications such as wall murals and decals. Keep in mind that this is a calendered vinyl, so printing full bleed is not recommended due to shrinkage.
WallFlair Removable Fabric (WFRF) sales continue to increase. This media is great for hard-to-stick wall surfaces because of its more aggressive adhesive. And, now that it’s GREENGUARD certified, we expect to see even more sales. Be sure to advise customers to use a 60-degree blade for the best contour cutting results.
Paparazzi Premium Matte Paper (PMP4) replaces PMP3 with even better imaging results. Inventory levels for PMP3 are dwindling, so be sure to get your customers to switch over to PMP4 today!
Sneak Peek! In July, we’re launching a NEW media that’s perfect for roll-up banners. This 10-mil PET film images beautifully and is water- and scratch- resistant. Competitively priced, it’s sure to be a best seller! More details coming on July 16.
